Please note that after the initial phone call to discuss your service request needs and when dates have been confirmed, a 25% to 50% non-refundable deposit will be due to hold your booking. The balance will be due approximately 4 weeks before your scheduled vacation or boarding visit. Please check out the FAQ page for more information.
